I’ve been lucky enough to inherit my Grandfather’s 1950s Kodak Camera. He was a pilot in the RAF, flying around the world, and would have taken the Kodak on many of his trips. Something special about using an object with so much personal meaning, I’ve learnt that from Esther and her various family heirlooms. Few snaps from the first roll I put through it. First snap is from the balcony at the studio, a couple from our flat and the rest randoms from around Melbourne.
Dungog asked me again to put together a little animation for the film festival from their existing poster design (by Mambo). Super fun to animate flying cows, and a sheep being shat on! 2 week turn around.
Looking forward to heading to this year’s festival in May, this time with Esther
