happy medium

Yup, I moved again. Newton was just too much of a grey, depressing part of town so now I’m flatting more closer to the CBD now, pretty much half way between Ponsonby and downtown, next to Victoria park market and the Viaduct Harbour . It’s a pretty flash pad, on a new build site called the Beaumont quarter ( not unlike Beaumont Leys )complete with communal pool and gym.

Working late on some stop motion. Canon EOS 350D triggered from wireless keyboard, previewed on 26″ inch monitor, and a dope lighting rig. Made life a lot easier, but still took 11 hours to produce 20 seconds of animation. Really enjoyed doing it, feels great to get away from a computer (kind of), took me back to uni days, burning the midnight oil with the beats flowing while I work.

Just doing a little bit of post on it now, should be up as soon as for you to check out.
