Luge
Probably the single most dangerous activity Alex and I took part in was the luge. This involves taking a ski lift to the top of a mountain overlooking Queenstown, getting on a bit of metal with 4 wheels and a less than reliable braking system, and throwing yourself down a concrete track. Simply put – this ride would not exist in any other country in the developed world due to unlimited breaching of safety laws. Good fun though!
