I’ve been eating out pretty much every day here as the food is cheap (3rd of UK if using sterling). Thai, Indian, Italian, Japanese. Lot’s of fruit and veg as well though.
Got to get on point with the exercise though, fallen off since coming out here but once settled down I’ll get back into it.
What foods does Yumi recommened? If high acidity should I avoid certain fruits?
