happy medium

… to say everything is ok. Sorry I’ve not been in contact earlier but as you can imagine everything is pretty hectic here. Only found out about the earthquake in Jakarta in an email from Mum. I flew out from Singapore on the Friday so missed any trouble on the Saturday (although I learn Singapore remains fairly unaffected). You can see how close the City is to Jakata on our flight path:
