It’s like rear window – but with boats!
Got a question for you bro – New Zealand – where is the “old” Zealand? Does it still exist? Just popped into my head one day on the tube!
The Dutch discovered the island(s) before the British and named it New Zeeland, Zeeland being a province of the Netherlands. Once the British settled they spelt it with an A, as in New Zealand.
The country officially has two names, New Zealand the Maroi title “Aoteaora”, which means land of the long white cloud.
